Our dear classmate Willard Troy, who was in our class for ninth grade only, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2024. He resided in Wilkes Barre, PA.
A veteran, Willard served as a Boatswain's Mate Second Class in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
As his obituary was very brief, we have no further details regarding his life or passing.
