Our 55th class reunion was held from Oct. 10-12, 2025. Throughout the weekend, warmth and sentimentality was felt by everyone in attendance.

We began on Friday afternoon with an informal social from 4-6 p.m. at the Pizza Shoppe on Shaker Rd. with 25 attendees, including two who did not attend the banquet, Jeannie Donovan and Sue Sullivan MacQueston.

On Saturday morning, from 10-11 a.m., six classmates attended a tour of the new ELHS under construction, arranged by classmate David Owen and conducted by Sam Brodeur, a supervisor for Fontaine Brothers, the construction manager.

On Saturday evening, from 6-11 p.m., we held a banquet at Twin Hills Country Club, Longmeadow.

Sunday morning found us at Panera Bread bakery-cafe on N. Main St. from 9-11 a.m. for a farewell breakfast, with nine classmates and a special guest, 95 year-old Mrs. Jean Finnegan, one of our math teachers at Birchland Park Jr. High School.

Special thanks to our reunion committee: Karen Esposito (chair, treasurer, reunion cake); Scott Moore (secretary and In Memory display); Gina Truitt (table centerpieces and banquet photos); Donna Anderson (journal for classmates to record their memories); and Andrea Hastings Driscoll (nametags and banquet photos). We also thank John Driscoll of Driscoll Photography, Springfield. MA, and husband of Andrea Hastings Driscoll, for taking our group photo at the banquet.

Anyone else who attended and has photos to share, please contact Scott Moore at scottcameronmoore@hotmail.com.

We look forward to seeing you at our 60th class reunion in 2030!
